Is my job too big or too small for Shipp?
We encourage you to submit all jobs, for us to review. The Shipp Group can service you in Value Engineering, Cost Engineering, and/or to estimate a preliminary budget. Additionally, we can put you in the position to collaborate with our team or any external service that will ease your pre-construction process.
What is required for Pre-construction?
We can pick up where you left off.
To start, having a display of Objectives; vision, timeline, budget and a clear Work of Scope is sufficient.
We will assess your property and line up Structural Engineers, Soil Reports, Building Permits, in coherence with Municipal Codes and your construction desires.
We have well established relationships with local Architects, Designers and Engineers, which are available if applicable.
